The meeting of the High-Level Political Forum on sustainable development in 2022 will be assembled under the auspices of the Economic and Social Council which will be held from Tuesday, 5 July, to Friday, 15 July 2022. This year the event will be held in hybrid mode. The theme for 2022 HLPF is “Building back better from the coronavirus disease (COVID-19) while advancing the full implementation of the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development “. 

It is our pleasure to inform you that on the sidelines of the High-Level Political Forum 2022 (HLPF 2022) an event titled “Digital Transformation of Agriculture Supply Chain Management to Ensure Food Security in the New Normal” will be convened on 5^th July 2022 from 7:30-9:00 hrs. (EDT) virtually. 

Permanent Mission of Bangladesh to the United Nations, Government of Bangladesh, The Permanent Mission of the Republic of Senegal to the United Nations, United Nations Office for South-South Cooperation (UNOSSC), United Nations Development Programme (UNDP), South-South Network for Public Service Innovation (SSN4PSI) are the co-organizers of this year’s side-event. 

Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations (FAO), The Commonwealth Secretariat, Global Innovation Fund, Agro Supply Limited, Bayer Cropscience Limited, and Public Digital have partnered up for this side-event.
