Aspire to Innovate (a2i) and UNDP Bangkok Regional Hub are going to organize The Launching of the “Future of Work Lab” facilitating South-South Cooperation on 2 July 2020 Time: 6:00 pm – 7:00 pm BST (Bangladesh Standard Time). UN Assistant Secretary-General and Assistant Administrator & Director of the Regional Bureau for Asia and the Pacific UNDP, Ms. Kanni Wignaraja has given her kind consent to inaugurate the launching and Deputy Resident Representative UNDP Bangladesh, Ms. Nguyen Thi Ngoc Van will open the event. Followed by a presentation on “Future of Work Lab in Bangladesh” an opening remark session will be placed by Ms. Christine Wellington-Moore SDG Integration Lead UNDP Bangkok Regional Hub & Mr. Asad-Uz-Zaman Lead, Future of Work and South- South Cooperation Team Aspire to Innovate (a2i). At the last part of the event a panel discussion on the relevant context is plnned to moderate by Mr. Anir Chowdhury-Policy Advisor Aspire to Innovate (a2i) will in which Mr. Denis Nkala- Regional Coordinator (Asia – Pacific) United Nations Office for South-South Cooperation (UNOSSC); Mr. Sudipto Mukerjee, Resident Representative UNDP Bangladesh; Ms. Azusa Kubota-Resident Representative UNDP Bhutan; Ms. Akiko Fujii-Resident Representative UNDP Maldives; Mr. Golam Md. Hashibul Alam-Executive Chairman (Secretary) National Skills Development Authority (NSDA) Prime Minister’s Office and Mr. Khandker Anwarul Islam-Cabinet Secretary Government of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh are excepted to participate.
