With the support of the Aspire to Innovate (a2i) Programme and the South-South Network for Public Service Innovation (SSN4PSI), we were able to replicate the successful initiative of Bangladesh on its DSDL initiatives, Digital Center and Call center models, moral governance, and public service delivery innovation in the Bangsamoro Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao (BARMM), Republic of the Philippines. This ensures that the government services are available to citizens in a citizen-centric and human-centered manner. a2i and SSN4PSI uplift the collaboration between UNDP Bangladesh and UNDP Philippines and extend for more opportunities towards a #DigitalBangsamoro.
