South-South Network for Public Service Innovation (SSN4PSI) is a shining example of extending support toward transporting/exchanging innovations in global south countries. Dukkan, a replicated model of the ekShop platform of Aspire to Innovate (a2i) Programme of the Government of Bangladesh/UNDP Bangladesh, has launched in Turkey through a joint effort by the UNDP Turkey, UNDP Crisis Bureau, and a2i programme to open a new door for Syrian refugees for digital markets. Dukkan performs dually as a freelance platform by itself and an aggregator platform of widely used global freelancing sites.
