Aspire to Innovate (a2i) a whole of government programme of ICT Division, supported by Cabinet Division and UNDP that catalyzes citizen-friendly public service innovations simplifying government and bringing it closer to people. It supports the government to be at the forefront of integrating the new, whole of society approach to achieve the SDGs. a2i has developed National Intelligence for Skills, Education, Employment & Entrepreneurship (NISE3) which allows all the relevant ministries, departments, industry federation getting their respective sub-domain to implement, monitor, mentor, and track their skills development activity, a2i NISE3 is acting as a one-stop solution & matchmaking platform for serving purposes of youth, industries, and training service providers in a holistic manner. This portal is working for matchmaking between Industries, Training Service Provider (TSPs), Academia, and youth to ensure decent employment & entrepreneurship opportunities for the youth. Till now, 3,00,000+ unemployed youths have been enrolled in multiple skill development programmes through this portal. Furthermore, 1000+ industries and 1000+ training service providers have registered in the portal.
