Field Visit to Witness e-Governance & Specialized Public Service Center for Vehicle in Kazakhstan, 2018
Field visits by international participants to three locations in Kazakhstan to witness innovations in a one-stop center and web portal of e-government, specialized public service center for vehicle and licensing including transfer of ownership on purchase, registration, issuance of number plates, processing of insurance and driver’s license issuance and a service center for Identity documents processing. This was done on the first day of the workshop to allow meaningful discussions and exchange of views in the day of the workshop.
